A fully managed service
Before any contract begins, we carry out a site visit to understand exactly what you need: your requirements and priorities, how often you'd like us to visit, how long shifts need to be, the best time to access your site, and how you'd like cover handled over holiday periods. We know that some customers have specific requirements relating to security screening, access or schedules - we want to know about these and find out what is important to you so we can match the best team member to your space.
We then assign a dedicated cleaning team to your site — so you always know who's on your premises. All of our cleaners complete COSHH and health-and-safety training, and an operations team member accompanies them on the first visit to make introductions, answer questions and confirm you're happy with everything.
Your own point of contact
Our dedicated Operations Team (Olga, Cristina & Connie) exist to take care of our cleaning team and all of our customers. We will check in to gather your feedback, share it with our team at their regular performance reviews. Our priorities are quality assurance, training & development for our team, and ensuring an excellent service for every customer.
Materials, scheduling and on-call support
We can provide all cleaning materials for your site, or supply a suggested list if you'd prefer to source your own, along with on-site COSHH information and a bespoke checklist built around your priorities. We arrange shifts four weeks in advance to limit any disruption around annual leave, and we can accommodate deep cleans or extra shifts whenever you need them.
Because peace of mind is part of the service, we run an on-call number for both our team and our customers - this means that we can respond promptly and out of hours to unexpected absence or anything out of the ordinary (so you don't have to!).
